I don't know anything about the mod other than the fact that it was recently released, and I happened to glance over an article on Gamespot talking about it. Not sure how much I trust their colouring of the issue, though. Something about one of the devs being a pedophile and putting questionable content in the mod?

I've never really been into mods and that certainly won't entice me. Leftism that I totally expected aside, I just don't get off to sexual fantasies in my video games or TV or whatever for that matter. Would rather not play Fallout written by porno writers.
Whoooof. All the cringey sex scenes remind me of Wise Man’s Fear.
Unexpected Rothfuss, hilarious.
True story, I got into an argument with multiple people on the Kingkiller Chronicles reddit after I claimed some of the sex scenes COULD be read as cringey.
I don't know why, but the Rothfuss fans are the biggest spergs ever.
after pissing on his fans for years, the only people left are his dicksuckers.
Kingkiller 1 and 2 are p good, but Rothfuss is far from a writing god that he thinks he is, and it's hard not to feel strung along after all these years.
Yeesh, yeah that writing is pretty abysmal...
It's a shame, with the right context and buildup I can see the slavery line actually fitting in a Fallout game. It is all about being able to be absolutely evil, after all.
The rest is more or less what you might expect from a team of sexual degenerates though. Heck, that porn artist character reeks of modder self-insert.
They could have at the very least given the Deathclaw some tits. Like, if you're gonna inject your fetish into something, at least don't half ass it.
The girl who says that line was the same companion you can emotionally abuse into becoming your slave, and seems to have very little personality outside of being waifu bait for people whose tastes in waifus veer toward the creepy. She's clearly intended to be her writer's one-stop fetish fuel station - so in addition to the manifestly obvious fetishes for emotional abuse, mindbreak, enslavement & redheaded teenage girls in general, I don't think it's a big logical leap to guess that they must also have a foot fetish on account of that line about her feet stinking like rotten fish.
Which wouldn't be that bad (supposedly, in a CYA move the devs also slapped a note saying she's 18 in her inventory) if The Frontier had been honestly advertised as a weird fetish mod. There's shitloads of those on the Nexus and Loverslab, after all. But it wasn't, and a lot of people who DL'ed it thinking it would be an epic fun FNV mod with a cool new story, working vehicles & vehicular combat got a rude shock when it turned out that not only had the devs lied about it respecting the lore, but that they injected all these fetishistic wish-fulfillment fantasies into it with no prior warning. It's the modding equivalent of dropping people into your 'magical realm' by surprise and is, unsurprisingly, drawing people's natural reaction to such.
