No, it will just be a financial arrangement whereby every man who ever has sex with a woman (and even some that don't) become "married" to them
Obviously, if having sex with a woman without her consent after the fact is rape (regret-rape), then not having sex with her is also rape.
(After all, it's not a baby in her belly unless the woman says so.)
