Given the outcome of the shitshow in DC today, do we have a Plan C for where to go after this? I have a feeling the .win family is going to be targeted soon and wanted to know where the current backups are.
Edit: Well shit, that escalated quick... see TDW for details in this thread: https://thedonald.win/p/11RhAqC6sa/mods-are-compromised/
Well, they did the opposite of what I thought they would do. I assumed they would hold a Trump rally. Instead they made international headlines, created a massive symbolic victory over the establishment, generated a martyr, and may become a centralizing and galvanizing point in American politics and culture for years to come.
I think you all are looking at this in totally the wrong perspective. Trump was never going to win today, and was (from what I can tell) preparing to leave office. He would not have gone out with a whimper, but this? Nobody planned this. People were just done with everything and took power for themselves.
That takeaway might be the most important aspect of everything. The right are being slowly, but surely, fully activated. The spirit of this moment is going to live on in a lot of people's minds as governors, congress, Harris, and Biden institute crazier and crazier lockdowns and restrictions. Civil Disobedience is going to become the norm against these actions. More activism is going to take place, not less. I still see State Secessionism as a possibility in some places.
I tell you this hurt the establishment in a way that that you probably don't understand. They were fucking humiliated. I agree with Barnes that somebody probably was looking to cause significant violence to take place, and instead the Establishment couldn't hold it's own center of power against a bunch of Grillers, some veterans, some Nick Fuentes fans, and a Zoomer in a funny hat. There is no action that could have undermined their status and perception of power more than what happened today.
This is a victory, whether it tactically appears to be one in the short term or not.
Lol they walked in and started posing for selfies. The establishment was effectively tea bagged in front of the entire world.
The problem with everything you just said is that it all happened in one day. When Biden takes office, all this will have already left the mind of the masses.
Now, if I turn out to be wrong, and these people turn out tomorrow and a week from now and a month from now, then I'll eat my words. But I don't see that happening, and THATS the only way I see significant change coming from this. Antifa showed us how its done. We all thought the summer of love would backfire horribly on them, and it turned out the opposite.
Don't get me wrong, its great that they forced politicians and staffers to cower in fear, but the same thing needs to happen again tomorrow and every day from now on. I don't think these people have the will to make that happen, especially in the face of increasing force from the jackboots.
That's because the left are operating off of power, and the right are operating off of principles. It didn't turn back on them because it unified the power-oriented left. It drove away many principled leftists, as it always does. (AKA useful idiots)
The right can't be wielded this way. They don't respond well to arguments from power, only from principle. As such, the right, naturally, end up in a defensive posture with the left attacking them. The difference is that the right has weakened it's personal defenses over the decades, and need to remoralize themselves in order to resist leftist aggression, by dismissing their arguments from power. This is why Civil Disobedience will work fine.
And to be clear, the left DID NOT effect ANY political change. The Leftists were being used as foot-soldiers of the establishment to create a counter-revolution, that would cull the Left. The establishment unified the Left by abusing them. The opposite will happen when they do it to the right.
We are not a counter-revolution. Violence in your aggression will actually get you nothing but the blowback you are currently seeing. The violence will unify the Left every time, and you'll lose that fight inevitably.
Instead, you have to undermine their arguments from power by de-legitimizing them, and rebuffing their attacks. Offensive violence will not win you anything because you are not the Left, and you are not the establishment.
Considering the victory of trumps election humiliated them and they resolved that issue by going full ahead and as you said skip the Fabian part of their doctrine(if I remember correctly) what will they skip this time?
Mercy.
They are effectively in a power-bubble for a litany of reasons. It's not really different then their attempts at printing money. They promise more money, print out tons of it, expand the money supply in utterly irrational efforts, and de-legitimize it with every step until the whole thing collapses in on itself. People who are outside of their system are "hording" money and need to 'get on board with the system'. That's why they start confiscating. A parallel system is intolerable. The more they seize, the more they promise, and the more they have to seize to keep the system running. Every step it gets more and more frantic.
They do the same thing with power. The more they promise, the more the bureaucracy grows, the more power is devalued because it is worthless and effects no change on the bloated institution. They expand more and more aggressively to sustain more promises for power to keep the support they have. When people refuse and form parallel systems of power, it threatens the stability of their system because theirs requires a monopoly. Everything must be seized. Everyone who isn't part of the system must either be purged or forced in. They will tolerate dissent less and less, and become more hysterical with each passing day, and every passing slight until...
pop
We dig in. We bury ourselves deep. The forest fire pass over us. Like the fire, it will not show mercy, but we will not need it's mercy. It will burn, it will flame, it will scorch, it will hiss, it will roar, it will howl, and then it will die quietly in a crackle, a sizzle, and a whimper. Then, we shall grow in the ash like the mighty pine.
Be The Pinecone
Considering I do not think their earlier behaviour was merciful... (more like disinterest which probably is their view of mercy.) that bodes well, so the question then is how far their lack of mercy will drive them, aka how many steps separated do you have to be. Oh well, atleast it will be interesting times. So the step is to endure until the maintenance of the system cannot be performed anymore, that could be a while depending on a lot of variables, would you say it is a postive then that they will try to make it so their rule is dependent on tech? I would argue that it is due to it having a higher maintenance (and logistics) then older systems aswell as requiring to some extent more trained custodians, which I see as potential for more dissidents being created by their own training.
It's to endure the storm not just the maintenance. The storm exists because the maintenance is too high.
I also don't think it will be too long either, we're already locked into the direction of travel, and no one can back out now, even if they wanted to.
As a guy familiar with computers, I don't trust them. Boomers mistakenly do. So yeah, I would absolutely say that their rule being dependent on tech is a significant weak point. New weak spots emerge faster than you can defend them.
I agree to a point. This is absolutely psychological and emotional abuse on an industrial scale. However, there's a timing issue at play with the monetary supply.
They will want to continue the suppression as long as they can until they can push out the digital currency. Once they have a digital currency in place, they will effectively go into intentional hyper-inflation. If they go into hyper-inflation early after having devalued the currency, it will destroy them. The only way to keep the inflation law is by slowing the velocity of the currency, which means severely restricting movement and spending of that currency.
Frankly, this is the actual reason for all of the lockdowns anyway. The growth of the economy was going to pop the bubble because it was increasing velocity due to growth. That would have caused the inflation then and there. But then once the virus spread, they were going to take a huge deflationary hit, so they locked the planet down to slow the exchange of money and keep velocity low.
They'll keep velocity as low as possible, then release it all at once when a new digital currency is in place. Then everyone will spend like lunatics in a pitched frenzy. They think this will keep the system going... maybe forever. But they're dead wrong.
The time scale for this is already too long. The digital wallets aren't supposed to be ready until December of this year. They are planning to keep the lockdown going until June. That means they'll have to slow everything down even further. More lockdowns, harder lockdowns, and longer ones. Politically, it'll be a disaster. With what just happened, the legitimacy of the establishment is already thread bare. Civil Disobedience is going to be normalized.
I don't think they can drag this out for another year without everything shattering.
Quite right. It may not seem like much now, but I'm sure the same could have been said of the Boston Massacre back in 1770. The reverberations of 6th January 2021 may be felt for a long time to come.
I know. I didn't even say that I like what happened, or that it was a good idea.
What it will become, however, will be a permanent symbol that the establishment doesn't have the power that people think it does. They are reacting violently, not to real damage, but to humiliation. The undermining of their legitimacy is what hurt them. That is also why they will respond with violence. But when they do, and some normie gets beaten to a pulp in the street by a 'neighborhood watch patrol' to monitor the latest red-lined COVID lockdown, the angry neighbors and community will remember that some retards took over the capitol building out of nothing but sheer will. No backing, no organization, and no plan.
Imagine what would happen to a group of people who were genuinely resisting dire tyranny, but had a plan, had support, and had the will to fight because they knew they were fighting people that were using the illusion of power.
That's the thing that I have to harp on, because I'm one of the few people who've experienced it from the side with the power: power is fundamentally illusory.
Authoritarians kill to maintain that illusion... because they have to. Once it's gone, and your enemy neither fears you, nor respects you, you become the definition of Sun Tsu's "worst general": the general who's enemy's fight him forever, who never wins the war no matter how many battles he fights, and who's enemies will never acquiesce to his power. Once the illusion is shattered, like a magic trick you know the secret to, it can't be regained.
