I've played a decent amount of those and I also totally understand the Persona 5 thing. I usually binge it for a stint then not touch it for a while because it's just so damn talky.
Out of what you have that I've played:
God of War, Spiderman, Uncharted - I put these all together as they are third person action/adventure. Light on cutscenes mostly but there is a story.
Breath of the Wild - very light on story or action in my 30ish hours so far, this is an exploration game. Play this is you want to chill but not read a lot.
Okami - It's pretty but I get bored with this. I'd mark it off as too RPG.
Red Dead 1/2 - It's been so long since I played 1, 2 starts really, really, REALLY slow.
Vanquish - if I were you and wanted to play what I already had, I'd go here. Totally different from the entire list. I played it during a similar rut myself. Extremely intense, very little RPG elements.
Yakuza - I love these games but they will talk your head off at times, save for another time.
If you want to buy something, then I'd suggest Bayonetta, God of War 3 Remaster (it's nothing like the latest one), Doom 2016, Hitman (1 or 2).
Bayonetta has different difficulties. If I remember right I played it on the middle setting and had a challenge. I'm still only about average at hack and slash games though so take that into consideration. It's a lot more Devil May Cry than Batman game. I liked it enough I'm going to play through it again, and that's really rare with me.
