I own a fair share of your listed games, and most of those are partially played at best. None completed.
I have base Persona 5 and quit at some point due to getting sick of it. I'm perfectly happy with turn based based combat, but that game's mechanics in terms of time and battle just wore down on me.
But the burnout didn't prevent me from enjoying other RPGs, so I wouldn't rule out the genre entirely, especially if you're like me and it's your favorite:
Yakzua 0 unless you don't want to go through mini-games
Berseria for pace, though environments can be a little empty
If you're ever in the mood for a platformer, definitely recommend Rayman.
