Umbrella Academy star Elliot Page announces he is transgender
Elliot Page, the Oscar-nominated star of Juno and Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy, announced in an essay Tuesday that he is transgender.
Yes, this is talking about Ellen Page, who has now always been a man. Is she...I mean he straight now?
Also, unfortunately it was updated as I was archiving, so the archive is the newer version, but they briefly broke his (LOL) IMDb page, and he had no acting credits, as they scurried to change everything. Looks like it's back now though, but the profile was empty for a bit.
Also, if you look up one of his (I've never had so much fun "correctly" gendering someone) movies, like Juno, it shows the following bit of funniness:
Elliot Page...Juno MacGuff (as Ellen Page)
Also, since he was now always a man, and Juno is a female character...isn't Elliot Page stealing female roles from women?! It just makes sense, right? Only X actors can play X roles. Black, Disabled, trans, gay, etc...those roles have to be saved for those types of actors...right?
I'm not sure, but I think under the rules, Elliot Page is a bigot and a misogynist.
Something about her Kitty Pride mutant powers failing and hitting The Wall real hard.
Sad about her poor lesbian dating prospects.
Envious of how successfull fit older men get hot women to date them.
Assumes she can get a piece of that "male privilege" by declaring her new pronouns and wearing a cap.
More seriously, it's a very transparent cry for attention by upping her game at the victim olympics. Remember she went on Colbert to play-pretend along the Smollett hoax about how "her people" were "litterally getting lynched everywhere" because Orange Man Bad.
She's doing that exact same routine again with her recent declaration.
