You seriously are trying to say "its just the state"? Are you just arguing for the sake of arguing now? Trying to pretend its "just the state" as if you are trying to pretend that any Jew would approve of having Israel's right of return laws include Europeans or any other non-Jew? Are you just trying to troll?

No. No. Jews have been arguing about how the Right To Return law is supposed to work for decades. No.

cAuSe mIxINg and i have debunked that

"You have been de-BOOONKED! Check mate, non-racists.' Now, I'm trolling a little. But really, you haven't done anything. You've retreated to "Jews are social construct", which is a worse position for you to take.

... they do not even identify as such ... non stop attack against europeans ... only say they are when its convenient

These are just you asserting a bunch of ridiculous anti-Jewish tropes.

Also if they truly are against the whole passage about "goyims and beasts" they would be openly condemning it but i never hear of them doing so.

They probably take the same approach that Christians take in regards to that one passage about God summoning a bears to maul children. They a) don't know about it, b) don't really care that that's a weird and obscure story, c) have some sort of rationalization about how that's not what it really means.

Straight from the horses mouth

"Two Jews, three opinions". Yes, there are going to be some Jews that have one opinion, and there are going to be other Jews that have another opinion, and there's probably gonna be another opinion in there argued by the same Jews who just took a different opinion. Congratulations on finding some Jews with an opinion. None of these people can speak officially on behalf of Jewry. These are op-ed hot takes by talking heads.

Frankly, what I see here are a bunch of whiny Jews crying how they don't want to be white because it would cost them oppression points in their Social Justice cliques. However, that doesn't change what their actual lineage is. Kind of like a beta male crying that he's really an aerogender super-queer. But we know he's a male.

Now, if you really want to argue that what they are doesn't matter, just what they identify as, we can go down that route, but it's going to only hurt your argument more to claim that race is a social construct. And sure, there's an argument there about intertemporal abstractions being over-zealously applied in a reductive way, but I really think you want to avoid that argument.

  1. yes and im SURE those arguments included talks about how non-jews should be included in right of return laws. Oh wait of course they dont.

  2. The Christian passage is from the old testament. Which is also part of Judaism i can ask why it is that Judaism has this stuff in it. But regardless no one refers to it anyways and it doesn't really target any particular group, but the non stop talk about jews being "better'' and the attacks and insults against "goys" is everywhere in Judaism's books especially the Talmud. And many jews still call people "goys" and talk down on "goys" and there are rabbis that openly say "goys" are lesser or should be slaves with pretty much no backlash .

  3. Your arguement (over the many examples i showed you straight from the horses mouth) boils down to "not all jews" .Go play with the "not all [insert group here]" etc. crowd . . Dont pretend this is not the majority opinion .

  4. Stop gaslighting. i didn't say race is a social construct i said they follow different genetic lineage and identity(semitic).

Race=lineage & identity. And its hilarious you think one group should accept another that will not accept them and that constantly works against them.

  1. ) Yes they do. In fact, that's part of their problem. You can't ask "Who is a Jew?" without also implying "who are not Jews?"

From "Jew vs Jew":

It did not, of course, and under the pressure of intermarriage and conversion in the Diaspora, the inherent contradictions of the Israeli system exploded. A series of cases forced the Israeli Supreme Court to begin answering the question that the Law of Return had studiously avoided: Who exactly is a Jew?... The next major case, however, involved a gentile woman from Scotland who had married an Israeli man and was raising their children in Israel. Rebuffed by the israeli Ministry of the Interior when they tried to register the children as Jewish, Ruth and Benjamin Shalit in 1970 won a reversal from the nation's Supreme Court.

The Knesset responded with an awkward, troublesome compromise, amending the Law of Return to be simultaneously more lenient and more strict. For purposes of immigration, anyone with a Jewish grandparent would receive immediate citizenship; but for purposes of national registration, Jewish identity was defined by matrilineal descent or "legitimate" conversion. To add to the confusion, the amendment avoided specifying the criteria for a legitimate conversion. No longer was the question of status simply, "Who is a Jew?" Now it was also "Who is a convert?" and "Who is a rabbi?" In Israel, a homogenous country with an overwhelmingly Orthodox rabbinate, these fine points of debate mattered little. In America, with its boom in both intermarriage and Reform and Conservative affiliation, they could hardly have mattered more. ...

But what looked like the triumph of American-style pluralism instead provoked an unprecedented split between American Jewry and the Jewish state, as well as rifts between American Jewish branches. ... Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir promised in May 1987 to introduce an amendment to the Law of Return requiring the Chief Rabbinate to approve all conversions. This meant essentially that only Orthodox conversions would pass muster. ...

Much of American Jewry reacted with fury and panic. "Israel is the battlefield, but the war is in America,"... The American Jewish Congress branded the legislation "a betrayal of Israel's partnership with Diaspora Jewry." Yet American Jews were themselves divided. ... In a full-page advertisement in the New York Times, an array of American Orthodox groups, from the haredi Agudath Israel of America to the centrist Rabbinical Council of America, blamed the Reform and Conservative movements for breaking with "a clear definition of Jewish identity that was universally accepted among all Jews for thousands of years." Citing the intermarriage rate in America, the ad went on, "The floodgates of disintegration and demise are beating down our very doors."

The book goes on like this.

The point here is to demonstrate quite clearly that Jews argued a lot about the Right of Return policy, and how it was supposed to be involve Jews, Gentiles, Converts, Family members, ect. You can even see the point where the state simply decided to make an excuse to allow people who were only related to a Jewish grandparent, in order to get immigration numbers up.

  1. If you think that stuff's bad you should hear the Muslims. No, but really, the point that I'm making is that you shouldn't just attack an entire religious following because there are aspects to that religion that they might not agree with your interpretation of. All religions do this kind of rationalization. It makes no sense to attack a Christian with that line without them agreeing that they accept every line of the Bible as an exact and literal statement of perfect morality... which doesn't even make sense for a Christian to do. I've seen it, but it basically tells you that they are bad at being Christian.

  2. You're just asserting that it is. I have no reason to accept your assertion as valid, and I don't think you do either, you just want to.

  3. It's not gaslighting, you're using a shitty vernacular meaning of that term. In any case, your arguing that people can simply determining their identity by choosing it. I'm not convinced that's a good argument. You didn't say they followed a specific genetic lineage after I pointed out that they had been genetically interbreeding with Europeans for over a thousand years. The problem with your narrative is that you can't make an absolutist argument about categories that aren't absolute.

Race=lineage & identity. And its hilarious you think one group should accept another that will not accept them and that constantly works against them.

That's not what race is defined as. You're basically using the definition of a Nation, not a race. Race normally doesn't require identification with it. You're also making weird reductive assertions again.

oh so right of return laws might be argued about when it comes to family members and converts? Woopee doo it still wouldn't include any unrelated goys would it? As i said. more gaslighting. And now you are accusing me of "attacking religion" cause i point out the facts that is funny. And i already told you it isn't just one line its practically the whole religion when it comes to Judaism and especially the Talmud. .

i said race = lineage and identity, and no that is not "nation" cause nations can have all sorts of lineages and identities of people from different backgrounds (though it works to their detriment of course). . .

im not making any "weird reductive assertions" you are just trying to have your cake and eat it too,(in regards to race) you don't get to have one group have to accept one whilst the other group does not and actively works against them and follows a different genetic lineage and identity. That's not how it works. End. Of. Story.

Woopee doo it still wouldn't include any unrelated goys would it?

So you want a policy, specifically the concept of Jewish immigration, to be about completely unrelated people with no relationship to Jews, Israel, or anything at all. This is like asking why straight people aren't allowed to get gay married. A policy can only be about the thing it's about.

You're being ridiculous about the whole policy because Israel still has an entire immigration policy unrelated to people who are Jews. You seemed to ignore the part where the Israeli state supported the increased immigration into Israel, including to gentiles who had Jewish family... which are very likely to be American and European people and families. What do you think they were doing with immigration from Europe and the US in that same time frame?

And i already told you it isn't just one line its practically the whole religion when it comes to Judaism and especially the Talmud. .

It really isn't. That book I quoted you. It never mentions the word goyim once. The book is a Jewish book about Jews arguing about Jewish identity in a way that can be explained to Jews. It uses the word gentiles. At no point in that book do any of the Jews start ranting about how they hate Europeans. You just aren't relevant, and obsessing about hating you wouldn't make sense.

I've known Jewish people, I've even gone to a Jewish celebration once. Nobody even says goyim. The only time I've actually seen a Jewish person use that word was on Twitter when some crazy zionist was being a lunatic, and that's it.

Hell, you're still harping on single part of the Talmud, and you're not even bringing up any other religious texts, like the Torrah. It's as if all you know about Jews was told to you by some lunatics on /pol/.

i said race = lineage and identity, and no that is not "nation" cause nations can have all sorts of lineages and identities of people from different backgrounds (though it works to their detriment of course). . .

Again, I'm pretty sure you're thinking of states.

You don't get to have one group have to accept one whilst the other group does not and actively works against them and follows a different genetic lineage and identity. That's not how it works. End. Of. Story.

I'm contesting your assertions that either group would be actively seeking to work against the other. This is your ridiculous Racial Theory of History nonsense. You want a reason to hate Jews, so you have to make up this idea that Jews hate you. They don't. I bet most Jews don't care about you at all.
