I think that was Trump though and not the Republicans. Republicans at large still don't seem to understand why Trump was what he was and the fact he got support from so many because he'd actually fight back to win. Which the GOP hasn't had a fighter in 40 years.
I doubt there is going to be another candidate from Republicans that can do that. I would like J. Peterson to do an analysis on his personality. He was somehow arrogant but without appearing smug.
That's such a great way to explain his demeanor. He had a habit of leaving things open ended. "We have the best (whatever) ... But I don't know, I guess we'll see" kind of speaking. Pretty refreshing compared to the constantly smug Dems.
