So? Just flood the countryside with fanatics. Soviet/ISIS/Antifa style. Not like they can afford to feed them.

CDC and Sandia labs were indoctrinated by Critical Race Theory. A few Chernobyls and mysteriously missing plagues will.solve the rural question. Leftists feel no guilt.
