Yes, I've told them. It's been a policy on Reddit too. That's also a Reddit carry-over. It's always been a standing rule that if you abide by the rules, you don't bet banned, and if you acquiesce to the rule the removal can also be removed. I've literally done this since I started modding on Reddit.

Normally when I tell people here, they tell me to "kill yourself you fucking kike" or something along those lines. Eventually I just kinda stopped asking.

In some cases, if it's truly extreme (or if it's brigading) it won't be an option, but they're also probably getting permanently banned.

Arch is probably the only one who just got tired of making new accounts (because we literally forgot which account was his original one) and just stayed within the lines.

No, based on the frequency of violations.

Oh, and all of these bans are reversable, btw. Just as long as you fix the violation. No one has taken me up on that yet. Only a handful actually ever change their original comment.

Length of ban is dependent on the frequency and severity of rule violations. This is why Imp is banned for a year.

I don't think I did. That guy was banned every time I saw him. I've literally just nuke & IP ban him every day.

I probably can ban that site with the filter. Send me a DM to what it was again?

I think the issue is time-to-result.

I think I nuked the account before I could get to that specific post.

I know that setting up a separate bot account to troll the site would be too complicated for me.

CSS I can handle. Just not super familiar with YAML yet.

Yes, that'll do the...

WAIT A MINUTE

Well, at least you're getting views.

That must mean that I can inspect the web-page for variables.

I got those, do you have any idea about actions to create replies or set flairs? Remove and Filter make sense. I got one working now. That should help to stem the bleeding a bit.

Post Reported for: Rule 1 - Illegal Activity

Post Removed for: Rule 2 - Violent Speech

That's a good idea, but what I need right now is a list of variable names that YAML uses. I'm not sure where Scored keeps their documentation.

I don't think hating jews will have as much mainstream appeal as you are expecting. Generic hatred normally doesn't.

I don't see the right-ward shift as a problem.

I accept that my single point of failure is the actual core issue.

Yup, I'm working on that at the moment with the auto-filter. We'll see how it goes.

Those reports are the common ones. Gore posts left up for a week and still up isn't.

This is probably the answer that you were looking for.

I need to do more aggressive modding and learn a bit more about how to establish some rules with the mod-bot that exists. I will probably get more mods, but I need to know that I can get mods that can be trusted to either let the community grow as an anti-Leftist gaming forum, or to manage it directly if that is preferrable. But that depends on who can be trusted to do that first. I'll probably see about creating some kind of a militia system for that.

Though, I'll tell you what, you're right. I shouldn't give you the feeling that I'm being pissy with you.

I've been here daily for what appears to be the last 22 days (though I think I missed yesterday), and I've just gone through the modlog again.

That's me changing my behavior from previous. You're right, there's no point in defending myself. It won't change your opinion.

The core issue is that I think there is a concerted effort for you to get put in as a mod, and I don't think your intentions are honest. I'm not sure why everyone abandoned ConPro and tried to forum slide over here, but that seems to be the generalized objective. Worse, I do have to consider the dangers of the American election driving aggression from outside sources.

But sure, I need to do more aggressive modding and learn a bit more about how to establish some rules with the mod-bot that exists. I will probably get more mods, but I need to know that I can get mods that can be trusted to either let the community grow as an anti-Leftist gaming forum, or to manage it directly if that is preferrable. But that depends on who can be trusted to do that first. I'll probably see about creating some kind of a militia system for that.
