Hello, I recently got into an argument with some friends regarding repeat abortion. Though I've seen a number of posts about 'trashy women', transwomen, etc. and about 'killing male babies', I'd prefer to have more solid data.
Effectively, the argument began when one of my friend's discussed how a church had demonized abortions. Pro-life myself, I acknowledged there were a number of instances where a women would and should rightly have an abortion. (Rape, incest, if it risks the life of the mother, etc.) Then there's the matter of how men 'rightly' have no say in an abortion, but have little to no ability to perform a 'financial' abortion in turn. But I digress. I brought up how there were a number of women effectively using abortion as contraceptive, either maliciously getting rid of the child (radfems bragging about killing male babies) or used it in place of proper contraceptive practices (due ignorance, apathy, or maliciousness). I was attacked for strawmanning, which - without additional information - is fair.
Aside from pouring through Google on my lonesome, I'm not entirely sure where else I'd be able to ask for help gathering and discussing such information without instantly being excommunicated.
To this end, so far I've found two studies that should work as (hopefully) sufficient data regarding women who have repeat abortions. However, additional information - and, better, more updated information is always better.
Beyond that, obviously intentional infanticide is important to the topic. While abortion itself is a controversial topic, infanticide as a whole is monstrous. While there is information about regarding female infanticide, there is little regarding male infanticide. While likely not practiced as often, it is clear that the suffering of men is frequently ignored, overlooked, and covered up.
Effectively, I'm looking for information to either prove or disprove the notion that
-
There is a statistically significant portion of women who have repeat abortions without the proper use of contraceptives and
-
There is a statistically significant portion of the population who commits abortion OR infanticide based on the gender of the child.
You wanna play a fun game?
Ask a feminist when EXACTLY during a pregnancy does a fetus turns from just a collection of cells into a baby.
Its fun because no matter what answer they give (if they don't avoid giving an answer entirely), its completely and utterly arbitrary. Even if they say its only at birth that it turns into a human baby, ask them what about about the human vagina has the power to magically turn a fetus into a human infant.
Slam the arbitrariness of their desire to have abortions right back into their faces. If they admit that its arbitrary, well its just them admitting that they don't actually care about science. If you get them to admit that they just don't want to live with the consequences of their choices, you win.
With enough trolling, you can even get them to admit they are fine with post-birth abortions as well, like Governor Blackface from Virginia did.
It's like asking people "at just what point did the human ape stop physically being an ape? Or an animal, period?"
Oh, yes, of course it happens, and it isn't just a Western feminist thing - there's also the targeting of female babies by Asians of various stripes. This came out in the news - briefly - the other year, as doctors tried to whistleblow this. So of course the issue of multiple abortions is going to be covered over, but for more reasons than you might think.
And yeah, you should only get one. Get an abortion, also win a tube tying. And men who want to father kids with multiple baby-mommies? Yeah, tie them up, too. Or outright snip them, personally, I don't care if they can be reversed or not. AIDS? Get your entire sex drive removed. And don't forget to spay and neuter your uniceftard pets that want to shit ape babies out in a fucking desert.
This will be impossible to prove, all you have is conjecture relating to the many "kill all men" declarations from women online.
"The male population must be reduced to 10% and power restored to women." - The Future (if there is one) Is Female.
Why do women cry out so much at 8 week limits? Average period to find out the gender is somewhere around 24 weeks.
Not bringing data, just here to say that statistical significance isn't applicable to what you're asking for. Statistical significance is about how likely two seemingly related factors could have correlated by sheer random chance. Correlation beyond a certain threshold of unlikeliness of being just a happy accident is considered "statistically significant"
As both the things you've asked for are single factors (unless you want to correlate having those types of abortions with being female, but that's a bit of a water is wet premise), you won't find anything mentioning statistical significance as a metric for validating the data. You'll have to set your own threshold and rationale for how many women willing to terminate a baby because they hate men is considered a 'significant' number.
