Why would the democrats what to assassinate members of Seal Team 6?

I'm struggling to find any reason to believe this.

The part about Obama paying off Iran so he could get a trophy kill in time for the election makes sense. The thing about shooting down Seal Team 6 didn't make any sense but no back story was offered there. I guess the evidence will decide which way that goes.
