Serious mental illness to alphabet people has become things like wanting to remain male including keeping their genitalia, wearing men's clothes, and preferring their hair the natural color? Rebelling against their wishes for him to be a woke xir by threatening to kill them and harming himself to get out of a shitty situation? It's not so far fetched.

I bet this is way more from the insanity of his parents than his DNA.
