My company does it all the time, there are even memos about encouraging diversity and shit and I remember once my old manager talking to some chick about how they must get more women on the project and how they need to change the recruitment process.
At my company a major corparstion nearly every new hire is black. Not all but most are lazy cunts with no skills.
