Personally, I half-like Aaron Sorkin. I like his dialogue, the witty stuff and walk or talk. But he, like most lefties seems to be permanently blind to the actual law, or the Constitution or anything like that.
It's also weird that the left still has this hard-on for him given that pretty much every main character on the West Wing would be considered a far-right or far-right "adjacent". I could dig up probably ten examples of things West Wing characters said, put them in say Ted Cruz mouth, and they'd call him a fascist.
The left essentially feels like "Government is for us. And that means it does everything we decide it does, we DICTATE to it, and it does what we dictate." Fucking thank god for the electoral college.
