Who has from the current grid has resisted it? I haven't followed F1 at all this year so I'm not up on this stuff. Props to them I guess.
Regarding Hamilton - I tried to ignore his antics in the past and just respect him for being a really good driver, but in the past couple years he's just become insufferable. I was sure once all this BLM stuff kicked into high gear he would be all over it.
Charles LeClerc probably the most vocal about it. He defended himself online after being called a racist for not kneeling and said he didn't support the protests having turned violent or that politicians were using the protest for political purposes.
Magnussen said something along the lines of he didn't want to support the BLM political organization. Verstappen I can't remember exactly but I think he at least implied that the kneeling antics were an empty gesture.
This all with Hamilton droning on about how all the other sports are having their unified gestures and whining that F1 isn't following suit. His complaining has not really worked though because a decent amount of the grid doesn't seem all that interested in it. Honestly, I think if Hamilton wasn't in F1 they might not have even done anything at all, he's the one pushing it all.
