As soon as they realize they can't help the underperformers, at least not fast enough they will turn to the only logical way to achieve equity, actively discriminate against whites in class. Give them lower grades for the same work, discourage them when doing good, 0 tolerance if they do a mistake while a black kid can beat the living shit out of you without any repercussions etc.
