I spent about the first half of my career having never known or interacted with a single offshore or H1B Indian. I read stories about them and wonder how the hell they could possibly be true and how any company would put up with that, especially given how many such stories there were.
The second half of my career, culturally enriched with offshore and H1B Indians, has allowed me to answer those questions.
