They probably do so because they disprove the USA is like, super racist. I mean, if that was the case African/Caribbean immigrants would have it even worse, even if they're from the educated/wealthy part of society, since they would be both black and foreign, it doesn't make sense for racists to like foreign black people but hate black Americans.

Strangely it makes sense for non-racists. Because only one of these groups are hyper-racist themselves.
