Not at all. I'm pointing out that, if you were to assume that all they were honestly interested in was police reform, their plan makes no sense. The president has no authority over the police department of Kenosha (at least, no more than he does over every American citizen). That being the case, voting for Biden would not help them achieve their goals, unless Biden massive overstepped the boundaries of executive power.
