Its hard to get worse than the general living conditions of the area. New Orleans is already a crime riddled shithole with numerous streets on the level of Rio de Janeiro.

Which means the Antifa LARPers are too scared to go into a real "warzone." The cops already are known for their necessary zero-tolerance aggression (and are very black as well, painting a bad picture), and the whites are used to dealing with the violence in their own way and wouldn't completely roll over to it.

We of Louisiana learned to live in a strained mutual state long ago, and all this does is increase tensions, but not cause as much outbreak.
