Seriously, one doesn't have to defend his "behavior" to defend his rights as a business owner. "Rewarded for his awful behavior?" Bitch, he OWNS THE COMPANY. If you want him out, you're fucking BUYING it from him! The only other option is the one you took- leave, and pray that others follow you, and that reputation will prevent him from succeeding in the future.
