What is the explication that main stream media is so similarly biased in so many countries? UK, Canada and at least some EU countries if not most of them are against Trump, very pro US democrats and are praising Kamala Harris, also pro immigrants. I assume Australia is the same?
My question is why are they on the same page, I know I probably need a tin hat but is way to suspicious especially with the amount on information you can find online to have this amount of biases across countries and in the same direction.
It's honestly embarassing watching all of these people - even politicians - being more emotionally invested in what's going on in the US than they are in what's going on directly around them.
That's why we've got Black Lives Matter marching around in London, in a country where the number of black people killed by cops in an average year is between ZERO and ONE.
I used to go to a variety of subreddits dedicated to specific non-US countries, and they would invariably mention US in political topics, even ones that had fuck all to do with the US. We live in the entire world's head rent-free.
Not just in London. Protests around the entire fucking country. Including in places where black people make up less than 1% of the local population. Stupid fucking culture war.
Headlines featuring Harris referred to the VP pick as “making history” and “revolutionary,” while mentions of Lewis included headlines about how she “sells herself” to social conservatives and what she would do if “she doesn’t win” the race.
CBC’s imbalanced coverage of the two historic candidacies seems to contradict its mandate as set out in the 1991 Broadcasting Act.
According to the Act, CBC programming should “be predominantly and distinctively Canadian, reflect Canada and its regions to national and regional audiences, while serving the special needs of those regions.”

Strangely enough this makes me feel better.
Hold on....
There, fixed.
I used to love listening to CBC radio. Sure that was like almost 30 years ago, but they used to at least pretend to want to represent us.
