If they were trying to even pull some votes from Libertarians or the GOP they would have gone with Tulsi, but I think they went with Harris as she checks those diversity boxes. Anyone who remembers how badly she did during the debates, how she ragged on Joe, and how she performed as an elected official in California would have told you this is a losing proposition.
