Funny. I could have swore her birth certificate said, "Caucasian" and she has more in common with Indians (India) than Africans.

But still, it's funny to see her praise him for a decision that wasn't his, and a decision he never made. Biden and his campaign is a "run by committee" style group that's controlled by powerful Democrats. Biden himself probably has no idea what's even happening.
