Seems fake. BLM would never capitalize White.
If it's real then it's certainly some random outlier of the movement. I have a large amount of disdain for the BLM organization and their ideals, I feel like they exploit their own people for political purposes. Knowing that however, I also know they're very careful with the optics of everything they do. They keep their goals ambiguous and ephemeral in order to adapt to whatever the occasion requires, so if one of their organizers actually did make a "list of demands" I think they'd be a little more conspicuous.
I imagine this list is pretty close to what many of them would like, though. Such a shame, too; they can't even see how similar they are to all the supremacist groups that came before them -- who they claim to loath.
That and the mention of re-education camps. The real BLM shit I've seen prefers the term "sensitivity training".
They really aren't as careful about concealing their motives as you describe, but your observation about the capitalization reveals that this is undoubtedly a larp meant to incite, well, everyone.
We can tell. The commies don't care and will defend it like 2+2=5.
