Considering the English have already been forced thru all of that and no one at UN cares, it is safe to assume that it only applies to non-white cultures

The UN uses some bullshit definition of the word "indigenous" that deliberately excludes white people. I forgot the wording, but it came up during that whole "Sami are the only indigenous people in Europe" bullshit saga.
