Population collapse is inevitable. Constant growth cannot be maintained, it will eventually plateau (at a minimum) and collapse. All kinds of growth is like that, not just population.
So bracing for the impact of a lowering population is a WAY better idea than importing 20 million 3rd world bottom feeders to prop things up. I think.
