I think criminalizing loli is probably more trouble than it's worth, but I will also stress that the more you decide to engage in questionable actions such as sexualizing children (which loli undeniably is) you are inviting evil into your heart to roost. These actions have consequences, whether spiritual or practical, and you cannot escape that. You are responsible for the composition of your soul and the maintenance of it.
Sexual attraction is not the same as entertainment. People who enjoy violent movies aren't getting off on it, they're being entertained. People who get off on lolis are attracted to children
