Didn't he unclassify the RFK files already? I could've sworn I saw footage involving "Get these to Kennedy. He's gonna want to see them."
He ordered them to be declassified.
What that means is, send the files to the declassification bureaucracy and they'll release the docs with everything blacked out for national security reasons.
Years later we may find out about the existence of some new documents full of black bars.
Just as our founding fathers wished - unelected rulers protecting themselves from consequences.
