Professional blackmailer working for two intelligence agencies to control the elites of the world. Amazing how conspiracy theories that sounded insane 20 years ago are being verified every day.
My problem is why would we assume it's just two? I get the feeling he was rich because he may have been a CompriMat mercenary.
I doubt any government would let someone like him operate inside their borders without controlling him.
Like if some guy was farming blackmail material on US politicians and selling it to China, or even possibly might sell it to China, I think their plane crashes the next time they fly in it.
I just don’t think the CIA knows about something like that and just stands back and lets it happen.
I'm sure there was an overlord agency, but that doesn't mean he wasn't working with the others. And to be clear, I'm sure the CIA probably knew most of the times he worked with other agencies or organizations. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he did a side job they didn't know about with someone else.
