That's how the left always works.

When they're in power? "Elections have consequences". Do whatever the fuck they want. Fire whomever doesn't comply. Use the government to attack their enemies. We need to pack the court! Get the media to cover for them.

When they're not in power? OMG! You can't weaponize the government? You are supposed to be the president of all the people. That means you don't have a mandate to do anything without our permission. You have to respect our system's check and balances. Get the media to attack the right, non stop, and erode support.

Don't ever forget. The left has no absolute values, or morals. The only thing that matters is seizing control of power, and then maintaining that control. Everything else they tell you they believe in is total bullshit, and only matters at that particular point in time, with whatever particular point they're trying to push.
