The faggot kid that got shot in a mall for harassing someone was white. Mexicans do it too.
Low IQ goblin activity may be prevalent in blacks, but it isn't melanin that produces feral behavior, it's fatherlessness.
I remember this news story about some black dads doing volunteer work at their local school to help reduce fighting and gang activity. It worked immediately and was very effective.
