There is no "good one." His very existence promotes transgenderism as an acceptable thing in society. By even saying someone could be a "good one" that says that being a tranny is a thing that can work out and can still be accepted in society. Which contributes to the culture that grooms kids, even if he says otherwise.

I have no personal beef with the dude, but you don't actually care about protecting kids from grooming trannies if you accept their existence whatsoever. You can't make exceptions and still have morality or principles.
