Unofficial from what I can tell but those who head the distro need to distance themselves from this and confirm they are a politically agnostic, non-partisan distro. Those in the community are wanting purges of wrong thinkers, "Nazis" and dissenters beyond what anyone else has done. The danger being is that such pressure leads to rash decisions and then consequences.
Better yet, do what OpenMandriva did and call yourself explicitly anti-woke.
Heard nothing yet but you can't raise it on their official forum because they have a Code of Conduct that explicitly bans such political discussion!
This seems to me like some usual discord tranny shit. As long as they don't go about and disallow it on the forum I couldn't care less. I do see your point though and would love them to outright say they don't give a fuck and won't ban shit.
There's been an update tonight - anyone asking for Arch's clarification of their position regarding being politically neutral is having posts deleted and banned on their official channels.
As I feared, it appears they've been infiltrated by those who have a woke agenda.
Which leaves me with a terrible dilemma. Because I use a fair few things on Arch that simply are not available in OpenMandriva having spun up a live image tonight. I prefer the concept of a rolling release and up-to-date software but there are a few showstoppers with me moving over at the moment. I'd have to compile a number of programs for a start which I could do but the AUR helpers make it so convenient.

I'm concerned about infiltration and how many on that Discord have influence within the distribution.
Fair, def. something to keep an eye on in any official areas. I tried OpenMandriva a bit before, it's alright. I'd probably miss the AUR though.
