Lecturn Guy from J6 made an excellent point that a blanket pardon just sweeps this whole thing under the rug.

I would not be taking legal advice from 'Lectern Guy', to be honest. Fact of the matter is, no matter what you do, the people who committed this atrocity are probably getting off scot-free. I very much doubt that there's going to be any justice for them.
