I would say it does, consider his very clear and concise stance on the first game in regards to it having niggers or not in it.

Sad, I was looking forward to the game, Stalker 2 was shit, and now guessing KCD 2 will be mediocre.

When those that seem willing to bet on the "losing side" turn turncoat for just a bit of shekels it does not inspire hope.
