But good job turning the bully, main villain, and future villain all black. I'm sure that'll go over well.

That’s your guarantee that all of those characters will either be framed as good guys or receive full redemption arcs. Their identities completely dictate their stories, which is why “representation” is antithetical to good storytelling. That’s why we all knew the black female bad guy in the Obi Wan Kenobi show was going to end up being a good guy.
