In English, only proper nouns, names, and the first letter of the sentence are capitalized. Adjectives, verbs, adverbs, prepositions, articles, and common nouns aren't capitalized.

Edit: I looked it up, and yes you do capitalize nouns in a title, but Mr. Jones capitalizes all words regardless of part of speech. That's why I can't take him seriously.
