what's the deal with BetterHelp? I've used their service and in my case they delivered on what they advertised. I even personally verified the license of the person I was connected to.
I guess I got lucky because I haven't experienced the complaints people are talking about. the price I paid is also much lower than the video, but I'll keep an eye on my credit card to see if they hike it. the fact that they sold data while claiming they didn't is certainly scummy and I'm glad they got fined for it.
I doubt it'll get far only because other scam ones like Betterhelp are still operating.

Here's a video on them, they weren't vetting the therapists and many were unlicensed.
