Good point. Similar to how normies generally don’t care if a movie or tv adaptation of a book craps all over the source material. One normie couldn’t believe it when I said I wasn’t watching wheel of time because they aren’t adapting it. Same with Rings of Power.

I have Baldurs Gate 3 but not far into it. I hear you can avoid some of the crazy stuff
