In America most of the latino criminals are recorded as white. Crime is actually 60% black and 30% south american (historically there's also Irish and Italian crime, but those don't measure up anymore).

Is there documentation for how much crime is committed by whites?

The purpose of breaking down the statistics is to counter the propaganda that "whites commit more crimes." We're only separating by race because they do it first.

Everyone knows that is absurd. I don't begrudge people bringing up race at all, it's just the "as safe as Europe" (which, to be honest, isn't terribly safe either) that I take issue with.
