I wish people would stop dooming, though. Trump was never perfect (and, no, I'm not a fan of many of his picks, and they definitely are disappointing), but the alternative was Kamala Harris, which was inarguably much, much worse. A Trump win is a win for us. Perhaps not as big of a win as we would like, but Trump will improve a lot of things, even if he's not perfect.
I do wish he'd learned more of a lesson and, not that everything is about Israel, but it's very disappointing that he even said some critical stuff about them...and then immediately filled his cabinet with a bunch of Grade A, first class Zionists.
It's probably cope at this point, and these people obviously shouldn't be in these positions (especially in regards to foreign policy), but I hope he at least keeps these people in line.
A bit of hope...this dude had fucking Bolton as National Security Advisor, and still didn't start any new wars. There's hope for anyone who can do that. It's the Democrats who are currently trying to realize Bolton's dreams, and not the dude who literally hired him.
TL;DR: Trump has made some bad moves, but Trust the Plan. Yes, that's tongue in cheek, but I do think Trump's heart is in the right place, and that does count for a lot. His first term was great, although not perfect. He had a bunch of scum all around him then, too, and still, at the very least, Made America Better. He'll do it again this time. Hopefully.
Financial guest on Jimmy Dore explained that this Soros guy was on his money side not the political side.
Basically Soros hires people who are good at the job to make him money regardless of whether he likes them, and finds morons that can't do the job for DAs and politicians.
I didn't look into this myself, but it doesn't sound like he's a terrible pick as far as money-men go.
And considering Dore's so quick to call out a bunch of that nonsense, that's a pretty good sign if one of his guests was saying this guy was fine.
I still wish Trump wasn't surrounding himself with such questionable people, but it is true that some of these people aren't as bad as they seem on the surface. Or at least have other redeeming features too.
