Are you kidding? It would be worse. It would be required. You would be putting people in prison for it.
If people like you were in charge, the only change would be in topic. You would be executing blacks for stopping whites from being assaulted because they have no right to interact with them in any condition. You would execute them because it's too dangerous to allow racial harmony to form. On the other hand, you would be executing whites for helping blacks being assaulted as race traitors. A white man rescuing a black man from an assault would be a demonstration that he is counter-revolutionary.
You would be so concerned about race that you'd never actually enforce the law outside of race regulation, and it would be your enforces committing the majority of the crime.
