Figures, Hololive seems to be starting to fail because of shareholder interference in an industry it doesn't really understand.
Nijisanji failure is both tight control on ALL money and horrible management of not doing anything to ensure suitable working environment. They are essentially a black company.
The fact that both Phase Connect and Vshojo look to be the more stable companies when one had quite a few scandals and the other is the home of mentally ill sad girls over these two companies says a lot about the current issues of Japanese based corporations.
Nintendo might be the only safe one just because they have more money than god saved up internally.

I wouldn't necessarily say that, but what I do believe is that the shareholders will be made to learn that without the talents' happiness, vtuber companies are worth nothing. The graduations of Chloe and Fauna are for two different reasons, so I get it. Cover does however need to figure out what they're gonna do as the talents leave due to not wanting to continue, as this is a job after all, and I don't think all of them are going to want to spend 10+ years as vtubers.
Fauna honestly came as the biggest surprise. I thought it would have been Gura next since she is very much not there all the time. You CAN tell not only by those two but Ame also, another one I never expected. Didn't Aqua also go because of differences with management? Something seems to be going wrong, badly.
