This series which also goes under the name 'Get Schooled' has it where corporal punishment is removed, this get WAY worse in schools that it ends up with a teacher beaten to death by a student and brings in a special task force where this one guy is free to go to bad schools and beat the shit out of students who are using violence on others.
There's a LOT of wish fulfillment in these Korean Manhwa over bullying in schools, also telling how dark it gets. One of the ones I keep up to date on is Devil returns to school days and that's not just brutal but also has gender equality in it's beatings...
