Does China have some restriction on making slutty looking female game characters? I’ve noticed that as well, they manage to make a lot of female characters pleasing to the eye but not something you wouldn’t want another person looking at while you played.
China has bans on pornographic images, among other things. So anything that edges towards suggestive is not considered.
