Alright I'm just going to say it:

What is it with American Blacks specifically that they need special treatment to get jobs or even start businesses? Asians have no problem, Latinos have no issue even Arabs don't have as much of an issue when they aren't part of the rape gangs in Europe. Why are THEY so unique they need this assistance?
