Drugs is probably a good guess. Also years of being in the Hollywood brain mashing machine, and surrounded by people doing the same infantilism shit.

Especially Ariana Grande looks like a robot. Like there is absolute nothing going on in her head. It's really uncanny. She's got to be on drugs or she is seriously fucked up. Probably both.
