GM Autists,
I need to fly over the holidays, there are multiple carriers (United, Spirit, Delta, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines).
Since pricing is similar, choice is really down to safety, which airline in your opinion has the least vaxxed pilots? I know nationally its SouthWest but they don't have flights to where I'm going.
Delta put Tyler Fischer on their no-fly list because they don't like his comedy.
I think all of them pushed the vaxx fairly hard, unfortunately. I don't remember seeing how many of the unvaxxed pilots came back after the smoke cleared, if any.
My personal experience with them all is Southwest is the best for domestic, but as you already said they don't fly where you're going. For international flights,
I use United as they and their partners (specifically ANA airlines) haven't let me down before. I've never had a flight with American where my luggage didn't get lost, so if you're checking anything you may want to steer clear of them.
I haven't used Delta since the 90s so can't speak to them recently. Spirt just filed for bankruptcy. Haven't used Alaskan ever.
You didn't get your complimentary ass-beating and scorpion?
Haven't had the pleasure of my seat getting sold out from under me and I avoid San Fran so don't have to worry about scorpions lol.
Southwest is absolutely all-in on the DEI and LGBTQ+ garbage.
After reading through some pilots forums, going with Spirit, as they seemed to have/had "wink/nudge" policy towards providing vaxx status verification and there were stories of pilots worried about getting hired there without being poisoned, and then posting that everything worked out, apparently they just required hires to upload a picture of vax card and that was considered as evidence they are fully in compliance
